FOOTBALL TEAMS
KLEIN OILERS FOOTBALL
Since 1974, the Klein Oilers have been providing the community with an introduction to full contact football. Over that period of time, we have developed a proven system for installing discipline, integrity and honor that transcends the game itself. By challenging our young boys physically, mentally, and spiritually we have helped shape them for a better understanding of their abilities and skills.
FLAG FOOTBALL
Flag Football is offered to players in Kindergarten and 1st grade. Flag team is limited to no more than 10 players. They will practice 2x per week, days and times are determined by Klein Oilers league. The Klein Oilers will supply the following football equipment for your player: flags and game day jersey. Games are played on Saturdays with a kick-off time of 8 am.
FRESHMAN FOOTBALL
Freshman Football is offered to players in 2nd and 3rd grade. The Freshman team is a tackle football team. They will practice 3x per week, days and times are determined by Klein Oilers league. The Klein Oilers will supply the following football equipment for your player during the football season you are registered for: helmet, shoulder pads, practice jerseys and game day jersey. The following items will be returned at the end of the season: helmet, shoulder pads and practice jersey. Games are played on Saturdays with a kick-off time of 9 am, arrival time is generally 1 hour beforehand.
SOPHOMORE FOOTBALL
Sophomore Football is offered to players in 4th grade. They will practice 3x per week, days and times are determined by the Klein Oilers league. The Klein Oilers will supply the following football equipment fro your player during the football season you are registered for: helmet, shoulder pads, practice jerseys, and game day jerseys. The following items will be returned at the end of the season: helmet, shoulder pads and practice jersey. Games are played on Saturdays with a kick-off time 10:30 am, arrival time is generally 1 hour beforehand.
JUNIOR FOOTBALL
Junior Football is offered to players in 5th grade. They will practice 3x per week, days and times are determined by the Klein Oilers league. The Klein Oilers will supply the following football equipment fro your player during the football season you are registered for: helmet, shoulder pads, practice jerseys, and game day jerseys. The following items will be returned at the end of the season: helmet, shoulder pads and practice jersey. Games are played on Saturdays with a kick-off time of 12:00 pm, arrival is generally 1 hour beforehand.
SENIOR FOOTBALL
Senior Football is offered to players in 6th grade. They will practice 3x per week, days and times are determined by the Klein Oilers league. The Klein Oilers will supply the following football equipment fro your player during the football season you are registered for: helmet, shoulder pads, practice jerseys, and game day jerseys. The following items will be returned at the end of the season: helmet, shoulder pads and practice jersey. Games are played on Saturdays with a kick-off time of 1:30 pm, arrival time is generally 1 hour beforehand.
