ABOUT KLEIN OILERS AND DERRICK DOLLS

The Klein Oilers and Derrick Dolls Booster Club is a competitive youth football and drill team organization proudly affiliated with the All-American Youth Football and Drill Team League (AAYFDT). As one of nine teams serving the Spring, Klein, Tomball, and Conroe Independent School Districts, we take great pride in representing our community—both on and off the field.

We are a community-focused, volunteer-driven program dedicated to creating a safe, positive, and structured environment for children ages 4–12. Through competition, teamwork, and mentorship, our athletes gain valuable life lessons that build 

character, resilience, confidence, and leadership.

The Klein Oilers Football Program is designed to prepare athletes for success at every level. We offer:

• Flag Football for Kindergarten and 1st Grade
   
• Tackle Football for 1st–6th Grade (four competitive levels)
   

All Klein Oilers coaches are certified and trained in the latest safety-first techniques.  Our program focuses on proper fundamentals, player development, and game preparedness to ensure a strong foundation for middle school football and beyond.

The Derrick Dolls Drill & Cheer Program offers three levels of competitive cheer for athletes ages 4 through 6th grade, emphasizing teamwork, discipline, and performance excellence:

• Darlings: Ages 4 – Kindergarten
   
• Juniors: 1st – 3rd Grade
   
• Seniors: 4th – 6th Grade
   

Our athletes develop skills in technique, choreography, and confidence while competing at a high level in both cheer and drill competitions.

For more than 50 years, the Klein Oilers and Derrick Dolls have been a cornerstone of youth sports in our community. We are proud of our long-standing tradition of excellence and competitive success, including:

Our mission is simple yet powerful: to promote participation, physical fitness, good citizenship, discipline, teamwork, and personal responsibility, while providing a positive, competitive environment where young athletes can thrive.
